Contact Hayden Dover
Taking the first step can feel difficult. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or concerns related to intimacy and sexuality, I welcome your questions and look forward to hearing from you.
Taking the First Step
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. You do not need to have everything figured out before contacting me.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, our initial conversation is an opportunity to discuss what is bringing you to therapy and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
My goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where you can begin exploring the changes you would like to make in your life and relationships.
Schedule a Consultation
You can reach me by phone, email, or by completing the contact form below. Please include your name, contact information, a brief description of what brings you to therapy, and a few dates and times that generally work well for you.
What Happens Next?
After you reach out, I will contact you to schedule an initial consultation.
During the consultation, you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about how I work, couples therapy, sex therapy, therapy in general, or anything else that would help you determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
I will also be learning more about what brings you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and what you hope to gain from the process. This helps me determine whether and how I can best assist you.
If we both feel that working together is a good fit, we can move forward with scheduling future sessions.
The initial consultation lasts one hour, and the fee is the same as a regular therapy session.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone
Life can be challenging, and reaching out for support is not always easy. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, intimacy concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide an opportunity for greater understanding, growth, and change.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply reaching out and starting the conversation.
